Coba aja cari calculator calories d google ambil yang bodybuilding situnsnya itu udah di kurangi 1000 kalori perharinya.. dijamin 1 mnggu turun 0,5-1 kg perminggu tergantung metabolisme tubuh jg sih 😁🙏
