Chopped leak and fresh coriander make a big difference, cook the veggies until soft

Your meals look awesome are you preparing them? Do you use recipes or know what your doing?

Hi Nikijks, if you think my meals are awesome (thank you) try incorporating your favourite type foods/meals with what you like using the info out there and figure out a sustainable “diet” for yourself. For instance, I’ve always liked veggies, I love a bowl of food more than a plate of food and quick preparation hence veggie soup cooked in the microwave for 20mins. Prep and cook time in total max 30mins for my meals. For sure looking at recipes for ideas and variety, either Google or Yummly and most definitely looking up recipes when making something new.
