Hi guys! And thank you! The tofu is seasoned with tahini, garlic, onion, paprika (sweet and smoked), Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, and sage. I didn't have a lot of high hopes for this recipe - and I was pleasantly surprised.

I love using tofu to make a nice deep and spicy Mexican taco mix. It's perfect!!
