June 4, 2020 I weighed 172.4, and my weight has yo-yoed ever since. Tonight I am down to 172.6, and I am determined to break that 170 barrier soon. I think once I get below that, I will have the needed incentive to keep going. I need to do this.
78.3 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
