Well, it's day 2 of this venture. I'm proud of myself, for the most part. I've decided to take baby steps so that I have more chances of succeeding. I'm not following any sort of specified diet right now. I'm just trying to cut back on portions and I'm making myself more aware of how very much I really do eat. Man, I'm a pig! I'm so glad that I'm weaning off of that horrible medicine! I'm doing it! I'm trying!
