Hi guys , I need some advice I’ve been trying to lose weight for most of my life but obviously I’ve ended just gaining
I reached my highest weight today after an enormous binge yesterday (ate almost 6000calories) I feel like I’m doomed and I’m just going to staying gaining weight, has anyone else felt like this ?
