I said I would bust into the 140's, it's just I didn't expect it this soon. 149.6 today!!! It was more then likely helped along by the 5 miles I did yesterday at the park, not to mention the 8 minute abs in the morning and then holding my wiggly squirming niece at the circus. Tigers and elephants can only hold her attention for so long but it helps if you have popcorn to offer her. lol.
Anyways not much to do for today, some shopping, more time at the park and maybe play some Wii for good measure. I hope tomorrow see’s me put more distance between me and the dreaded 150’s. But we’ll see.
Oh and I am now a YELLOW TICKER!!!! That is so GREAT!!! I am so excited! But there's still some more to go.
