I worked my tail off in the gym last night, with the thought that it better pay off on the scale. It did. I haven't been able to weigh in on my normal days because my schedule got messed up. Hopefully I can get back to it now.
76.5 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
