Today has been good, I already feel a little healthier. Cutting out the coffee every morning has been hard, so I just stick to coffee every other day until I can break from it. Drinking all the water has helped alot. Keep positive thinking and hope to lose 3 lbs this week... Tommorow I start my gruesome exercise routine.
