Hey don't feel bad. I have been off plan so long I couldn't say for sure when I was last on! I got back on plan last week. I realized that I know that once the holidays hit I didn't want to be heavier during the holidays and gain additional weight because of the holidays. You can do it. Meal prep is a problem for me. I roasted a turkey and broke it down in portions in freezer bags. It makes it easier for me just grab a bag and then mix other ingredients to make a meal instead of having to cook meat every day.
