❤昨天闺蜜心情不好,晚饭吃了半块东北烤饼(每天听喇叭念甚是想试试,所以买了)晚上吃了2串葱头,1串金针菇,1串豆腐皮,1串韭菜,没喝酒,深夜也没饿感,早上锻炼身体完后,59.1,比昨天早上重了4两,还好,能接受。今天又是新的一天。好好工作,认真减肥。
