It's hard getting back to it. My son is also overweight and actually had a mini meltdown because he hadn't weighed in a long time. I cant stand to see him hurting so i said I'd support him and so i am i'm cooking for us and we went grocery shopping together and we are kicking this off this week. Yesterday i did all good till the evening so its another day and today im coming back to hold myself accountable

Hi I'm back again
I'm need to loose more weight and I'm on track again
My # 1 reason is I had an ER visit for something else and they told me my blood sugar was 598 they got it down to just under 300 and I was able to come home.
Obviously it freaked me out and I started eating better and so i thought, i need to go back here and get straight and know what I need to eat and how much.
This program is the best!
I have gotten my blood sugar down almost to the 200s and if I can get it lower I can have my back procedure done!
Lots of reasons for loosing weight!
