Sigh. The consequences of self sabotage.

Secretly weighed myself yesterday as was worried would weigh more today because of TOTM bloating and was 57.8kg (down from last week 58.1). Was really pleased with myself then i don't know what happened, i could NOT.STOP.EATING yesterday! I just ate and ate and ate, and really late at night too,mostly bread but also m&m's, dumplings, cookies, fruit...basically anything i could lay my hands on. So i went to bed stuffed and now this morning i weigh 58kg (only lost 100g) and have zero motivation to exercise. And i'm still craving bread.

What's happening?????!!!!!!
58 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
