-kembang kol
-daun bawang
bumbu halus:
-cabe rawit merah
-bawang putih
-bawang merah, semua dihaluskan
tambahan:
-jahe
-lengkuas
-sereh, semua digeprek
-air asam jawa
-kaldu jamur
bumbu halus sama yg digeprek ditumis pake panci anti lengket, jadi gaperlu pake minyak. habis itu dikasih air. trus kalo uda mendidih masukin aja semua bahan2nya.
