Up & Down... That is how it has been for the past several weeks. Help! What can I do?
75.6 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm no expert, but I think one of the things you can do is to look over your food diary and see if you are overdoing it with carbs or fat. I read this really good article today on Webmd about good carbs and bad carbs. Good luck to you.
