So, I went a bit overboard again this weekend. Fortunately stayed within my calorie limits!! But I'm sure that even staying under the amount of calories, I can't have cake all day every day! Even though my doctor said this morning everything should still be fine as I didn't exceed my calories.

I also learnt something really depressing this morning, muscle weighs more than fat!! I seriously don't feel like weighing in this evening!! I've dropped another jean size, but how does that calculate in to weight loss??

I've only been going to the gym for almost 2 months now... I can feel a difference, I have more energy, I'm a bit more flexible and feel better over all...

But the only way I feel like I'm seeing results, is if the scale tells me so....

Here's hoping for the best!!

You and me both... that's the only thing really getting to me.. Not seeing the scale go down more than a teeny tiny bit...

I too find the scale is my arch nemesis, and would much like to defeat his powers of upping k's. Also in saying that, I would honestly assassinate to drop a dress size - lucky girl! You give me hope in the gym area, as I'm a newbie (only on second week now), and I in fact GAINED almost 2kgs, now, -I'm no hulk yet- so I can't possibly have picked up so much muscle, but nevertheless, the fact that you've drop a whole dress size, tells me that it must be doing something right, and at this point, i need all the motivation I can get - especially the whole gaining thing. Definitely stick to it though :) By the sounds of things, it's definitely for the better regardless of what the scale has to say :) I do have a question though, why do you do a weigh-in in the evenings? Is one not rather supposed to rather weigh one's self in the morning before any ingestion of any sorts?
