Today I got on the scale and I weighted UNDER 200 LBS!! I haven't been under 200 lbs in over 8 years! Consistency is key, you must do the same things day in and day out in order to lose weight. Now although I'm not recording my meals daily I'm still eating the same foods and making sure that I eat every 3-4 hours. I still have a way to go, about 48 more lbs to be exact but I'm excited about continuing this journey!
