Typical Monday....hard to get going. Did have a great weekend. My husband found a schwinn reclining exercise bike, which I've been wanting, for $200! Never been used!! Was I excited. I'm going to try and incorporate it in my exercise routines in the morning.
Did the fall clean up in the yard yesterday. A lot of work. My husband has 2 broken ribs so he wasn't much help so my son and granddaughter got to help. A lot of hard work but it was good to be outside.
I hope the scales is down tomorrow. Ate out way too much over the weekend. No..I don't think I'll ever learn.

Eating out is my MAIN problem!! I guess if I liked to cook and could give our life some variety we'd stay at home!
So far I love the bike. I did 10 mins yesterday and I think I over did it. Yep 10 mins screwed with my back so I back it down to 5 mins plus I did 25 mins on the treadmill. I've got to ease into this. Loving it though!

Oh...the back...I have osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease and 1 bulging disc in my lower back and 1 bulging disc in my neck. Thank goodness I haven't had anything rupture yet! Surgery absolutely scares me. I don't take pain killers well. Walking is about the only think that's safe for me too but I've been told to walk on flat pavement, no hills or concrete! Yep, so I stay on the treadmill. But the last time I was doing physical therapy they had me ride the recline bike and it worked out really well. A regular bike would kill me too!! I'd have to have a big butt seat too just for comfort !! LOL!
