Very much so! 2 zuccini, one whole white onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 Roma tomatoes, one green bell pepper, low sodium chicken broth, black pepper, a bay leaf and a small amount of salt. I'd say it makes about 3-4 bowls. Super good!!
