total 800? kayanya kedikitan deh kak. saranku juga olahraganya pas lagi puasa aja biar lebih efektif bakar lemaknya hehe. ( olahraga sekitar jam 4 - 5 )

saran aja bro,,saya biasa konsumsi kurang lebih 1.200 - 1.400 per hari tetep turun kok. Kalo dibawah 1.200 malah bisa bahaya buat metabolisme tubuh. Terutama buat organ vital spt jantung dan paru.
