Lost one pound! Wow! This is an achievement.

It takes a lot of work for your body to lose a pound of fat. If you equate 1 pound of fat to equal 4 sticks of butter, than that is how much one pound of fat off your body would look like. Get our 4 sticks and ask yourself if you want those 4 sticks of fat back on. A pound will take you to goal. Great job!

Keep celebrating every loss, one pound at a time. Gotta lose 1 pound before you can lose a second one, and a second one before a third. You've lost 47 so far and are knocking on the door of a mega-50-pound loss!!!! Slow and steady wins the race, you know!
