I'm baaaaaaaaack.... omg health issues every which way I turned led me to 3 surgeries, 1 being gallbladder. After gallbladder surgery, you cant really do Atkins high fat kinda diet. you have to do fiber and carb kinda stuff. So since last December, I gained like 20 lbs. I feel like such a fat pig, but at least I have adjusted to the gallbladder and see that I CAN do the low carb/high fat. Arthritis is far better under control. Teeth are fixed. Infections gone. Heart is fine- it was job stress all along. Changed jobs, and I'm fine- don't even take Xanax anymore! So, now its time to get back to the discipline. 3 years ago, I lost 20 lbs over the holiday season. This year, I'm wanna do 25 by 1/1/2014. starting exactly as I did before- a week or 2 of diet 1st, then I'll start back at the gym lightly and increase. I hate how I look- it's depressing me. I don't want to be this way!
