That's good! Are you planning to utilize the food diary? I really found it to be the MOST helpful tool here. It made me the most aware of how much of what I was eating and allowed me to really see what kind of a balance of nutrients I was getting in my diet. Then I took the information I got from it and started to "tweak" things till I was happy. Of course there is continual tweaking going on, but you find a happy place for the most part.
