Finally the number on the scale has gone down a bit. I think that 4lb gain a few days ago was due to some serious bloating. Oh how I loathe certain times of the month
73.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
