akhirnya dimakan juga, selama ini cuma disimpen. ini nestum + quaker oats, enak diseduh pake air aja gak pake susu karna nestumnya udah berasa. aku tumben2an sarapan karna kemarin kalorinya kurang, hari ini jatah makan banyakan.
