newname - Thanks! yep, lemon. Our fav sushi restaurant has a special roll in the summer called the Trust Fund Jenny Roll since it has fancy king salmon and marinated ikura. It isn't on their take-out menu though so I thought I might try to recreate it at home. It turned out pretty good! Plus the kids had fun making their own rolls. :)
