I started well but with Halloween approaching, I began eating a lot of Halloween candy and fell off induction. I began having a couple pieces with my coffee and then just started eating them without even realizing how many I had consumed throughtout the day. With Halloween behind me, I will begin induction again and hope to stay focused this time!! :-(
94.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

What in the world are you gonna do about Thanksgiving? Christmas? New Year's? President's Day? Valentine's Day? St.Patrick's Day? April Fool's Day? Easter? Mother's Day? Memorial Day? Father's Day? Fourth of July? Labor Day? and Next Year's Halloween? I'm sorry you fell. And glad that you are back here! That's an excellent step in the right direction!! A good clean induction eating plan will get those sugars and cravings out of your system. But working on your plan to deal with the myriad of temptations that will be coming at you...at least now you KNOW, that one...will likely lead to a couple...will likely throw you off the train! Get the culprits out of your kitchen - your house - your life for now!!! Your 'focus' needs FOCUS!
