It's my first Saturday since starting my healthy eating plan. I am proud to announce I've stayed in the solution! Yay! I obsessed a little over sugary g foods but I caught that in the bud quick! A few moments of that food in my mouth is not worth the regret I would feel for letting myself down, again. I'm in it for the long haul. I'm in it for me and my self esteem! I love the way it feels when I take care of myself 💕
