I need to start eating healthier... regular and balanced meals! Get out of this funk I am in... No more cheese, simple carbs, sugar or yeast. At least I have been keeping up with my exercise. I have been going for long walks when I am not feeling like exercising at the gym. The weather has been cold but the sun is out and helps with the sadness I have been feeling.
