Just a small update from my doctor visit yesterday (July 14). She was pleased with the results of my blood work that was done and on me losing four pounds. She was very happy that my A1C went from 9.1% to 7.6%. It's still a little high, but way better than being at 9.1%. It's been a struggle trying to get on a decent diet that works for me, but I'm getting there.
