Switching up my meals because I realized the reason I’m so tired, feeling weak and having headaches is because my activity level is up (walking at least 5 miles a day! 🤩) and my calories have been 1500 kcal or less with very little protein.

i to struggled with this thought i could eat at a deficit and went weak. i started eating more felt better and the weight fell off and the headaches went away
