I'm not going to fuss or complain. I have been good, exercising, following diet but adding just a hint of carbs here and there for health reasons. Mainly so my body will kick in again and start to burn fat. But weight is going up. Oh well.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
