Today is the day. This is really it. If I want to be 180 by my birthday I need start loosing 2 lbs a week today! I have to make the chnage now and I have stop messing around. I am going into this as a challenge and one I will pass. The past is over, this is day I start loosing weight!
106.1 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
