Good Monday morning, I went to boxing Friday night and oh my gosh!!! We did 2 3-minute rounds of sprints...I mean running as fast as you can for 30 yards. Then we did 2 3-minute rounds of walking lunges...needless to say, my legs are not currently working!! LOL I'm just barely able to walk without groaning today. Every time I sit down on the toilet, I yelp!! I love being this sore b/c it tells me I did something. I'm going back tonight and hopefully we'll be doing some circuit training. I'm so ready!! Tomorrow's my b-day and I may have one piece of cake...birthday/wedding cake are my favorite sweets!! I'm determined to get back to where I was and beyond. I hate that my b-day is right now, b/c I finally got my discipline back...but I have to celebrate with cake, right???? Hee hee
