I'm so delighted with this weigh-in! I know I still have a long ways to go, but seeing progress is very encouraging. I hit a slump this week, my energy level was very low. I've been told that it's common for it to happen around week 3 of any new WOE. I think my body is mad at me, haha, it wants junk food.... or at least more sugar.
