Had a bad day yesterday! Ate all the wrong things :( but not giving up... Will just restart today! I'm lucky that my calories burnt was still more than calories ingested! So I came out lucky yesterday, but cant make a habit of it.. Next time I might not be that lucky!

And, I can't wait to go back to the gym, going there just helps so much with the motivation!! Makes everything so much easier!

Ek is vir die week in Stockholm en kan mos nou nie nee sê vir al die lekker kos en bier nie. Volgende week sal ek behoorlik moet vas om weer 'n balans te kry. Sal darem nie gou weer hier kom nie. Geniet die gym!
