Finally starting to go down. That was a struggle just get one single potatoes. But I’m not going with those things I am on my protocol. I have 13 more days and I want to lose at least 10 more pounds on hCG Diet so that would give me a total loss of 36. That would take me down quite a bit and then I’ll go on my little rest for about two weeks and then I’ll do another small around and hopefully I’ll lose another 20 pounds so body and I’m hoping to be under 200.
