Holding (more or less) steady this week (I'll take it). 5 months and 2 weeks postpartum. I've started doing body weight squats and standing stretches at my desk this week - seems to be helping 💪
83.6 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
