Went to Vancouver's PNE yesterday with daughter and granddaughter. Had fun and only had 1400 calories for the day which must be a record for not eating too much fair food. Stayed away from the mini donuts, etc. Did not gain any weight so a major victory here. Onward and downward (weight).
