Argh my carbs and protein and calories are getting out of hand again! I need to go back to simpler foods. I need to be really careful with protein quantities, chocolate, nuts, cheese and baked items - been eating too many of these things -suffering from carb creep and getting hypoglycemic symptoms again. I will try to cut down on these foods and stick to eggs, meat - in moderation, vegetables, coconut oil and avocado - better be careful with butter also.
