Going up? Well, after so many months of steady loss and not really changing anything much, I feel I need to let my emotions rest. I could analyze my intake more, like trying to count what is in the vitamins I take. Maybe I could eliminate the avocado. But if I do those things, my health will be less than it is. I guess I'm willing to stall for some time yet...Thinking about lowering the fat a bit perhaps.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you are logging all your food, what you really need to do is up your calories. For years we all bought into that old notion that the less we eat the more we would lose. The opposite is true. When I finally started eating I started losing. I looked at your RDI, it was 2000, you may not have recalculated since you were heavier, so that may have gone down some by now. You might want to click the link at the bottom under your pie chart, calculate my RDI, make sure info is accurate and "recalculate". You may just be stalling because you need more food. I personally love avocados, have 3 trees, and I thought they might have made me stall too. So on the days I ate avocado, I watched my total carbs, trying to keep in below 30, and do a compromise between the old plan of 3 cup veggies, and the new 12 -15 net.

Thank you. I will recalc that RDI. Also, I am logging everything, and I am upping my carbs too. Maybe I'm going too high on them some days. :))

Hey, Silver. I am moving to On Goin Weight Loss. I am hoping that will jump start my loss, since I have slowed down so much. So for the next week or so I will be eating 25 grams a day. The on to 30 a day. Don't fret too much over that pound, it won't last long.
