SO I almost made it to my goal of 180 I made it to 183, then truthfully I got lazy and over the last 4 yrs. gained it all back. I am back to 232 or higher and it is time to get serious again. My goal again is 180 and I want to maintain this once I reach this goal. I did it before so I know what I need to do, I just need to do it. I have set mini goals of 4 pound loss per month...hopefully I can get this going.
