Kalo ud biasa makan clean food, sekalinya kemasukan donat setengah, sama cake coklat 1 slice rasanya nyesel bangettt takut timbangan naik lagi.. ada gak sih yg sama? kebetulan hr ini cheating day jd libur OCD, tp tetep usahain defcal :'(
