Welcome. Thankfully walking doesn't involve the arms so that may still be a viable option for you. Best wishes. Slow and steady still wins. Consistency really counts. When we are unable to exercise as a wight control aid it does mean we really have to be diligent with our portion sizes and food choices.’

I Thank you for your comments. I am on this journey and I will succeed. I am going to take all your comments to heart and use them to my advantage. Surgery tomorrow on my left eye (cataract).😷 I am not to do any exercises or lift anything over 15 lbs. I can use my stair stepper. The problem is I have only the use of one arm rotator cuff torn surgery in the next month my fourth (reconstructed surgery).😢 Seems like I can't win for losing. I am not going to over eat doing this trying time.🤐 Small options and healthy eating.😊 Please keep me in your prayers and I will do the same for you. God Bless!😇
