My wife had a baby shower Saturday and Sunday evening, after I had weighed in, I decided that I would eat a small piece of the cake she got there without the frosting. I am just glad to have gotten back down to this.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
