I have purposefully tried to maintain my weight during this month. Partly because of some celebrations at home, but mostly for my weight to stabilize and give my skin a chance to get used to my new body (and hopefully shrink a bit too!) I committed to continue the journey on the 1st and kickstarted it with a 3 day fast, which I will break at 13h today
