Sadly, my scale is broken and I need to get a new one. Making good progress since my Sweetie is back on the Fatsecret type cooking. Yay!
Ate Chinese Chicken Salad with roast chicken breast and was full!
Today I did well maintaining will power. It was a celebration lunch at work with pizza. I ate salad. The pizza was from one of my favorite pizza pie places too.
Feeling stiff today and need to move more for sure.
