I'm proud of my weight loss this week- but more proud of my body fat percentage- it went from 33% last week to 31.8 this week! I'm now running 23 minutes on the treadmill almos every day. I will up it to 25 minutes tonight. I am looking forward to my first 10K in May!
68.1 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
