Bumbu: bombay, bwg putih, jahe, minyak wijen, garam, saos tiram Isian : sayuran (bebas), jamur (bebas), tahu sutera (wajib), udang/ayam (optional) Kuah : tambahkan sdikit larutan maizena biar agak kental (sprti kuah capcay)
