Cuma sepedaan aja pake yg statis itu, kadang setengah jam kadang 45 menit. Aku males olahraga sih anaknya 😂

hajar terus kak,,, turunin body fat nyaa,,, hehehe klo bisa tambhin workout biar makin mantep pelan" ajaa,,,, nnti klo workout udahh enak tambhin angkat bebann jugaaa hehehe,,, smua butuh prosess,,,
